Timeline Genius makes it easy to create tailored timelines by assigning timeline items to different groups. By providing your venue and vendors with the timeline items that just pertain to them, everyone will have clarity on event day. Here’s how to do it:
Click on the “My Timelines” tab on the left navigation bar and select a timeline.
Click on the “Assign” sub-tab in the top left of the page.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see a list of your venues, vendors, and wedding party contacts. Check the box next to a particular contact, then scroll down your timeline and check the box of the items relevant to that contact.
Scroll back to the top of your screen and click the “Assign Selections” button.
Voila! The items you selected will now be included on the tailored timeline for that group or contact. To see how to assign timeline items in detail, check out this video tutorial:
