Why This Feature is a Game-Changer
Your events are unique, and now your visuals can be too! Previously, events were displayed on the dashboard by name and date. With the Cover Photo Feature, you can now upload an image—like an engagement photo, logo, or themed picture—that represents your event and adds personality to your workspace.
How It WorksAdding a Cover Photo
Navigate to your dashboard and click the edit button next to an event.
Select an image from your device—this could be an engagement photo, a logo, or any visual that encapsulates the event.
Customizing the Photo
Use the zoom in and zoom out tools to adjust the image.
Drag and reposition the image to get the perfect fit.
When satisfied, click Save to finalize the photo.
Unique Photos for Each Event
Repeat the process for other events to give each one its own distinct look.
Where Will the Cover Photo Appear?
Dashboard: Quickly identify events at a glance with personalized visuals.
Collaborator View: When you invite clients or vendors to collaborate, they’ll see the cover photo prominently displayed alongside your logo and event details, creating a polished and branded experience.
PDF Integration (Coming Soon)
Currently, the cover photo is not included in timeline PDFs. However, we’re exploring ways to offer this option in the future while ensuring you have the flexibility to include or exclude the photo based on your preferences.
Editing or Removing a Cover Photo
Want to tweak or replace your photo? No problem!
Click the pencil icon next to the image.
You can either delete the photo or replace it with a new one.
Adjust the zoom or positioning to match your preference and click Save.
