Exciting news for all event planners! Timeline Genius has expanded its capabilities beyond just timelines. Now, you can create, manage, and execute comprehensive checklists for your events. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or any other gathering, our new feature ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

What's New?

  • Dashboard Update: Your dashboard now displays "My Events" instead of just "My Timelines." Each event entry includes both a timeline and a checklist, giving you a holistic view of your planning process.

  • Event Creation: The "Create New Event" button allows you to start planning with either a checklist or a timeline. This flexibility lets you choose the best starting point for your event.

  • Checklist Options: Start with a blank checklist or use a template. We offer templates for weddings and non-wedding events, ensuring you have a solid foundation for your planning.

  • Customization: Just like with timelines, you can fully customize your checklists. Add tasks, assign them to team members or clients, and set reminders. Our rich text formatting options let you personalize your checklist to your heart's content.

  • Task Management: Tasks are sorted by due date and categorized for easy navigation. You can filter tasks to show only incomplete or completed ones, and you can sort them by due date or task group.

  • Sharing and Collaboration: Share your checklist with clients or team members. They can access a web-based, mobile-friendly version and even check off tasks as they complete them.

  1. Create an Event: Start by creating a new event and choosing to begin with a checklist.

  2. Select a Template: Choose from our templates or start with a blank checklist.

  3. Customize Your Checklist: Add tasks, set due dates, and assign them to the appropriate parties.

  4. Share and Collaborate: Share your checklist with clients or team members for seamless collaboration.
