✅ Step-by-Step: Accepting Your Invite and Logging In
Log out of any existing Timeline Genius accounts.
If you're currently logged in as another user (e.g. your company's main account), log out completely before proceeding.Use an Incognito or Private Browsing Window.
This helps prevent any confusion between user sessions — especially if you’ve used the platform before with a different email.Open the invite link and follow the prompts.
You’ll be prompted to create a password and activate your account. Be sure you're doing this for the email address the invite was sent to.Log in using the email and password you just created.
Go to www.timelinegenius.com and use the login form. If you see an “invalid username or password” error, read on!
🔍 Common Issues & Fixes
🚫 Error: "Invalid Username or Password"
Double-check that you're entering the email address that received the invite (not a different one you’ve used before).
Make sure you're not trying to log in to your old session or using autofill with the wrong credentials.
Try resetting your password just in case there was an issue during setup
🔁 Already Accepted the Invite, But Still Can't Log In?
Sometimes, invites can get stuck in limbo — if you tried to set up the account while logged into another user, the invite may not have properly gone through.
