To update the credit card on file with your Timeline Genius account, please complete the following steps:
Log in to your account and click on your company name in the top right corner.
Select “Plans and Billing” from the dropdown menu that appears.
Click the “Update Billing Information” link and enter in your new payment details.
Note: If your timelines have disappeared due to lack of payment, they will be reinstated after you have updated your payment method and completed the payment.
