Need to change the email address associated with your Timeline Genius account? Follow the steps below to update your information in no time.
Log in with the old email address associated with the account
Click on your company name in the top right of the page and select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
Enter your new email address in the email text field under “Basic Information”.
Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
Now you'll be able to log in with that new email address, and all emails sent from Timeline Genius on your behalf will be from the new email address as well.
Note: If you’re an account member (not the account owner), you won’t be able to change your email address directly because your access was granted by the account owner using the original email address. To update your email, the account owner will need to revoke your access and then re-invite you using your new email address.
