When you're handing out printed copies of your timeline on event day, you may like to include as much info as possible to avoid any confusion. You can choose to show your vendor/venue assignments of each timeline item on your printed timelines. The default setting for this preference is off.

Here's how to turn this preference on:

  1. When you're logged in to My Timelines, click on the dropdown of your company name in the top right corner.

  2. Select "Preferences".

  3. Check the boxes you want called "Display tags on PDF Timelines for:".

  4. Click "Update" and refresh any timeline previews you have open. Voilà!
