Error saying their email address is already in use

If you're trying to add a member to your account, but it says their email is already in use, they probably signed up for a free trial in the past. Their email is in our records as an account holder. 

In order for them to join your account as a member, send us an email at support@timelinegenius.com, or use our help chat button, and tell us their first and last name, as well as the email address in question.

We will delete their account from our records so that they can be added to your account as a member.
