To make changes to an automated table, such as the Hair & Makeup table, simply click on it. This will open up the table and allow you to modify the cells, add or delete rows and columns, and more. Additionally, modifying the time of the first item will be automatically reflected in the timeline.

To manually add a table using the text editor, simply click "insert table." Please note, these tables are not automated.

It is also important to note that in order to make bulk edits to the text in the table, you must first click outside of the table and then drag your mouse across the table to select the desired text. Once you release the mouse, you can then choose the font or font size to apply the changes to all selected text at once.
