Our Dashboard view has been updated to better accommodate events with date ranges. This improvement ensures you have quick and clear visibility into your event timelines right from your dashboard.
How the Dashboard Now Works
The dashboard has been adjusted to show the event’s date details as follows:
Ceremony Date in the Left Circle
The left circle will continue to display the Ceremony Date, just as it always has.
This is the primary date most planners and clients look at first, ensuring that crucial information is easily accessible.
End Date Text Under the Event Name
If you’ve added an end date to your event, text will appear immediately under the event name, indicating when the event ends.
Format Example: If your event ends on October 19, 2025, you’ll see the text: “Ends October 19, 2025” under the event name.
If there is no end date, this text will not appear. The dashboard will look the same as it always has for single-day events.
Examples of Dashboard Behavior
Single-Day Event Example:
Ceremony Date: December 27, 2024
Dashboard Display: The left circle will show “December 27”, and there will be no additional text under the event name.
Multi-Day Event Example:
Ceremony Date: October 15, 2025
End Date: October 19, 2025
Dashboard Display: The left circle will show “October 15”, and under the event name, you’ll see the text: “Ends October 19, 2025.”
Benefits of the Update
Quickly see event duration: This update makes it easier to track multi-day events at a glance.
Reduced clutter for single-day events: For events without an end date, the dashboard remains clean and uncluttered, focusing only on the ceremony date.
