While you can’t directly combine or merge timelines, checklists, or events from different accounts, we can assist by cloning a timeline from one account and transferring it to another—with the account owner’s permission.

How Does It Work?

  1. Get Permission: The owner of the original account must provide consent to clone and transfer their timeline.

  2. Contact Support: Once permission is granted, reach out to our support team with the following details:

    1. The email address associated with both accounts.

    2. The name or ID of the timeline you’d like to transfer.

  3. We’ll Handle It: Our team will clone the timeline and place it into the designated account.

Important Notes:

  • No Merging: We cannot merge timelines, checklists, or events. Each timeline remains independent.

  • Independent Updates: The cloned timeline will be separate from the original, meaning updates to one won’t affect the other.
