Good news! If you have multiple Account Members inside your Timeline Genius account, you can now see each other’s comments inside an event—making teamwork smoother and eliminating the “wait… did you see my note?” moments.
What changed?
Previously, comments weren’t always visible across account members. Now:
✅ Account members can see comments left by other account members on the same event/timeline.
This applies when you open an event and view the comments inside it.
Do I need to be “Following” the timeline?
You do not have to be following a timeline to see comments.
To see comments: just open the event — you’ll see them either way.
To get notified about new comments: you must be following that timeline.
How to make sure you get notifications
If you want notifications when someone comments:
Open the event/timeline
Click Follow (or confirm you’re already following)
You’ll then receive notifications when new comments are added (based on your notification settings)
What kinds of notifications will I receive?
If you’re following the timeline, you’ll continue to receive notifications the same way you always have (example: in-app indicators and notification alerts, depending on your settings).
