What Are Checklist Date Range Options?
Timeline Genius now gives you control over how your checklist tasks are organized by date! You can choose between two date grouping styles — Detailed or Simple — depending on how granular you want your planning view to be.
📍 Where to Find This Setting
Go to your Account Settings (click your name or profile icon).
Navigate to the Preferences section.
Look for Checklist Date Grouping and choose your preferred option.

The Detailed option breaks your checklist tasks into finer date groupings, giving you a more precise planning timeline. Your tasks will be grouped under the following headers:
Over 12 Months Out
9 to 12 Months Out
6 to 9 Months Out
4 to 6 Months Out
2 to 4 Months Out
1 to 2 Months Out
1 to 4 Weeks Out
Less Than 1 Week Out
