Reset or Change Password

Reset your password if you forgot it or can't log in. Change you password in your profile settings.

Can't log in? Click on "forgot your password?" on the login page:

Need to change the password associated with your Timeline Genius account? Follow the steps below to update your information in no time:

  1. Click on your company name in the top right of the page and select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu. 

  2. Scroll down to the section titled “Change Password”. Enter your current password once and your new password twice.

  3. Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
