How to Change Your Company Branding, Logo, and Email on Timeline Genius

Keeping your company branding up to date is essential for maintaining a professional appearance. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to change your company branding, logo, and email in Timeline Genius. Select one of the dropdown options below for further instructions:

Changing Your Logo

1. Access Your Profile:

  • Click on your company name in the top right corner.

  • Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.

2. Update Your Logo:

  • Click the "Choose File" button.

  • Select the image you want to use as your logo.

  • Click "Update" to save the changes.

Changing Your Branding

1. Font Colors:

  • While you cannot customize colors on the timelines, you can change the font color for timeline items and text sections.

2. Global Font Settings:

  • Click on your company name in the top right corner.

  • Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

  • Select your fonts. We don't currently have the ability to upload custom fonts, but we have this listed as a feature request, which you can add your vote to here:

  • Selecting the fonts here will change the font across all timelines.

3. Item-Specific Font Settings:

  • Note that if you specify a font in a timeline item or text section, it will override the global preferences set in "Preferences."

Changing Your Email

1. Access Your Profile:

  • Click on your company name in the top right corner.

  • Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.

2. Update Your Email:

  • Replace the current email with your new email.

    • This email will be used for login and will be the address collaborators see when you email a timeline within Timeline Genius.

    • Collaborators will respond to this updated email address as well.

  • Click "update" to save your changes.
