Understanding Time Increments

Time increments are the blocks of time between activities on your timeline. Previously, these increments were set at 30 minutes by default, providing a broad overview of your event's schedule. But now, you have the flexibility to refine this setting.

Setting Your Preferred Time Increments

Here’s how to adjust the time increment defaults in your preferences:

  1. Access Preferences: Click on your company name in the upper right corner and select 'Preferences'.

  2. Choose Your Increments: In the preferences menu, you'll find a new option to update your time increment defaults. Whether you need 15-minute, 10-minute, or even 5-minute intervals, you can select the one that best fits your event's complexity.

  3. Update to Save: After choosing your desired increment, click 'Update' to save this new default setting for your account.
