While the timeline creation form currently does not have a specific field for "Planner" or "Coordinator," you can still include your information by adding yourself as a vendor in the vendor section.

Alternatively, you can create a new text section within the timeline and include your contact information there:

This way, you can ensure that your role and contact details are properly documented in the timeline.
