Adding Page Breaks in Your Timeline
Are you trying to add page breaks when printing your timeline? We can help. There is a simple way to create these page breaks in the account.
Instructions
Click Timeline Actions at the top
Reorder Sections (if desired)
Check any box where you want a page break for any of the sections.
Note: Page breaks can only be inserted before sections, not between individual timeline items within a section. This is a known limitation and is on our feature request list.
Want a Ceremony-Only PDF?
If your goal is to have your ceremony items appear on their own separate PDF (rather than within the full timeline), the best solution is to use Timeline Types. Here's how:
Go into your timeline items and assign the relevant items to the "Ceremony" timeline type.
When downloading, select that timeline type to generate a ceremony-only PDF.
This is the cleanest way to isolate a section into its own standalone document without affecting your full timeline layout.
