Previously, you could personalize which timeline items appeared on different versions of your timeline PDFs by ticking a box next to each item. Neat, right? But guess what – we've just turned the neatness dial up to eleven. Now, not only can you decide if an item should be on the Full Timeline PDF, but you can also assign items to individual wedding party members faster than you can say "I do!"
How Does It Work?
Let's break it down:
1. View Your Timeline Item: Just like before, you'll see your list of timeline items.
2. The Magic Dropdown: Spot the dropdown arrow? Click it and behold the options!
3. Edit Assignments: This is where the party starts. Click on 'Edit Assignments,' and you’re in the driver's seat.
4. Bulk Assign With Ease: Want to assign the "First Dance" only to the Bride and DJ? Done. Need the "Cake Cutting" to show up for the Bride, Groom, and Photographer? Piece of cake! You can handpick who needs to be in the loop for each item or text section.
