Need to add another venue after your timeline is already created? No problem—it's quick and easy! Here's how you can do it:
Steps to Add a Venue to Your Timeline:
Open Your Timeline: Go to the timeline you've already generated.
Open the "Edit" View
Scroll Down: Navigate to the "Venue Contacts" section near the bottom of the page.
Click "Add a Venue": You'll see an "Add a Venue" button—click it to open the venue form.
Enter Venue Details: Add the venue's name, address, and any other relevant details.
Note: This venue does not need to be added to your Rolodex prior to this step. You can add a new Venue on the fly!
Save Your Changes: Once the information is filled in, be sure to save it.
And that's it! Your new venue will now be part of your timeline and available for assignment to specific timeline items.
