Adding Multiple Phone Numbers to Your Vendor or Venue Contacts

Timeline Genius lets you add multiple phone numbers for your vendor, venue, or client contacts. This helps you keep all their contact information in one place, so you never have to waste time searching! Follow these steps to add multiple phone numbers:

  1. Access the Rolodex:

    • Click on the “Rolodex” tab on the top left side of your screen.

    • Select the venue, vendor or client you'd like to add a phone number to.

  2. Add a Phone Number:

    • Click "Manage Vendor" at the bottom, or click on the phone number field to edit the contact.

    • Click "Add" to add another phone number field:

    • Enter the additional phone number and select the type as needed.

  3. Save Your Changes:

    • Once you have added all the phone numbers you want, click on the “Update Vendor/Venue/Client” button to save your changes.

Note: Only the first mobile number listed will receive text reminders if set within a timeline.

All numbers that you save will be easily accessible when you pull up your Timeline Genius Rolodex. Remember, you can also delete phone numbers at any time if your contact’s information changes.
