Timeline Genius lets you add multiple phone numbers for your vendor or venue contacts. This helps you keep all of their contact information in one place so you never have to waste time searching! Follow these steps to add add multiple phone numbers: 

  1. Click on the “Rolodex” tab on the top left side of your screen.
  2. Click on the “Phone Number” field and type in the phone number. 
  3. Select the type of phone number (e.g. Mobile, Home) from the dropdown menu to the right. 
  4. To add additional phone numbers, click on the “+ Add” link below the field. 
  5. When you have added all of the phone numbers that you want, click on the “Update Vendor/Venue/Client” button to save your changes.

All numbers that you save will be easily accessible to you when you pull up your Timeline Genius Rolodex. Remember that you can also delete phone numbers at any time should your contact’s information change.
