Wedding Party Contact Roles Are Now Visible in the Reminder View

Wedding party contact roles (Bride, Groom, Maid of Honor, etc.) are now displayed in the Reminder View, making it easier to identify and send reminders to the right people.

We've made it easier to stay organized on the big day! Wedding party contact roles — like Bride, Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man, and more — are now visible directly in the Reminder View. No more guessing who's who when you're setting up text reminders!

Where to Find This

  1. Open your timeline and navigate to the Reminders tab (or access text reminders via Timeline Actions).

  2. In the Reminder View, you'll now see each wedding party contact listed along with their assigned role (e.g., "Sarah — Maid of Honor").

  3. Use this to quickly confirm you're sending the right reminder to the right person before hitting send!

Why This Matters

When you're managing a busy wedding day timeline with multiple people receiving reminders, having roles visible at a glance helps you:

  • Quickly identify contacts without having to leave the Reminder View

  • Avoid accidentally sending the wrong reminder to the wrong person

  • Save time during day-of coordination when every minute counts ⏱️

💡 Pro Tips

  • Make sure your wedding party contacts have their roles assigned in the Edit View of the timeline for this to display correctly. You can set roles by clicking on a wedding party contact and editing their role field.

  • If a role isn't showing up, double-check that the contact has been added to the event and has a role assigned in the contact details.
