In some cases, you may work with multiple contact people at a given vendor or venue. For example, you may work with both Jane Doe and John Smith at Ace Photography. To handle this situation, you should create two separate entries in your Rolodex – one entry with vendor name “Ace Photography” and contact person “Jane Doe”, and another entry with vendor name “Ace Photography” and contact person “John Smith.”
This approach gives you the flexibility to add as many contacts as you want for a given vendor or venue. It also lets you treat each contact person separately in your timelines, assigning them to different timeline items and granting them different collaboration rights if you choose.
