Timeline Genius makes it quick and painless to assign timeline items to different groups, which ensures that those particular items will be included on their tailored timeline. For instance, if you’d like to assign a timeline item to a specific vendor, here’s how to do it:
Click on the “My Timelines” tab on the left navigation bar and select a timeline.
Click on the “Assign” sub-tab at the top left of the page.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see a list of your venues, vendors, and wedding party contacts. Check the box next to the particular vendor, then scroll down your timeline and check the box of the item(s) relevant to that vendor.
Scroll back to the top of your screen and click the “Assign Selections” button.
Voila! The item(s) you selected will now be assigned to that vendor and included on their tailored event timeline.
