If you want to email your timelines to clients, venues, or vendors, you can save time by emailing everyone involved all at once. This option works for both full and tailored timelines.
To send bulk email, go to the Timeline Actions drop-down, and select Email. After selecting whether you want to sent full or tailored timelines (or both), you can choose the option for "All Parties".
Remember, at the bottom of the page, you can add a Message that can be viewed by all recipients.
Please also note that the Bulk Email option sends individual emails to each contact included in the All Parties list (it does not send one email with all contacts listed).
