Accurate contact management is crucial for successful event planning in Timeline Genius. While contacts are essential to the proper functioning of your timelines, there are specific steps you can follow to manage them effectively.
Important Note:
You cannot delete the only client from a timeline, as each timeline requires at least one client to load and function properly. However, you can now delete clients from the Client Contacts section, provided they are not the only client associated with the event.
There needs to be at least 1 client remaining in each timeline for it to load properly.

If you’ve added the wrong client or too many clients to a timeline and need assistance, you can request help from our support team.
Include the name of the timeline.
Provide the full name of the client to be removed.
🚨 Important Considerations
If all clients are removed from your Rolodex, your timeline may fail to load or become uneditable. In this case, please contact our team to re-add the necessary clients. Be sure to include the timeline name and the full names of the clients to be re-added.
