Help! My Timeline Isn't Loading

Troubleshoot timeline loading issues in Timeline Genius: clear your browser cache or re-add deleted clients to ensure functionality.

If you're experiencing issues with your timeline opening, but not loading or continuously loading, there are a couple of potential reasons and solutions to address this problem.

Potential Causes and Solutions

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache:

    • Sometimes, a full browser cache can prevent your timeline from loading correctly. Clearing your cache can resolve this issue.

    • How to Clear Cache:

      • For Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

      • For Firefox: Go to Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.

      • For Safari: Go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.

  2. Check for Deleted Clients:

    • If your clients have been deleted from the timeline, it will not load properly. This can happen if they were removed from the Rolodex.

    • Solution:

      • Ensure that each timeline has at least one client assigned to it.

      • Re-add any deleted clients to the timeline.

Steps to Re-add Clients

To re-add your clients, you will need to speak with a team member to do this for you on the backend. Be sure to include the name of the timeline and the names of the clients to be added.
